For Vehicles
- Set up, re-organization, assistance with management of your Vehicle Maintenance files, Registrations, Annual inspections, Preventative Maintenance Schedules, and corrective action on vehicle repairs including monitoring and logging of the annual inspections and repairs
- Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports monitoring and auditing
- Driver Vehicle Examination Reports (DVER) assisting you with your violation corrective action and processing regarding violations your drivers received a roadside inspection
- Accident investigations, reporting and retention - Patron will investigate all Recordable Accidents to determine whether Preventable or Non-preventable and provide you with materials to counsel, retrain and issue to the involved driver.

For Drivers
- Initial Compliance Review & Mock Audit of all policies, files, registrations, Hours of Service, supporting documentation, DVIR’s, and training programs
- Set-up, re-organization and management of all Driver Qualification files (CDL & Non CDL) including all the necessary compliant paperwork needed for drivers and files.
- Initial driver orientation and safety training materials, as well as continuing education for drivers to be addressed in accordance with the company’s corrective action policy
- Prior Employment Investigation and Good Faith Effort Reporting; 3-year Safety Performance History
- Clearinghouse Portal management to include all employer Full Query reports on new hires and Limited Annual Query reports for all current drivers. Full query reports on drivers that have information in the system and reporting of all Federal Drug and Alcohol violations as well as the appropriate guidance on how to follow through with an employee after an occurrence of a violation to such policies and programs
- PSP (Pre-employment Screening Program) Reports – We will run these reports on all new hire CDL drivers only. Protects your safety rating!
- Violation CAP Reporting (Corrective Action Plan). Follow up on all roadside inspection violations including corrective action and record retention
- DataQ Services (Violation Dispute System/Crash Preventability Determination). All eligible violations/crashes will be tracked through the FMCSA Portal and disputed with the supporting documentation you and the involved driver provides to us to build your case.
- Frequent Driver’s License checks and monitoring on all drivers (for available states)
- Medical Card tracking, driver certification with the DMV and National Registry confirmations on all newly acquired Medical Cards (New hires and existing driver Re-Certifications)
- Provide Annual MVR (Motor Vehicle Reports), Certification of Violations, Review of MVR’s annually and upon renewal of Medical Certifications
- Hours of Service / Record of Duty status monitoring – Auditing of the HOS/ELD’s to ensure compliance against all supporting documentation (trip sheets, payroll, fuel, BOL’s).
- Urine collections for all new hire, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return to duty and follow-up testing requirements through our nationwide network of Collection Sites as well as online scheduling of testing
